PolyClear HMEX works in the low compression areas of the head, as a result the colour lines are gone and next production can start
Results
Normal results:
- 600 kg of HDPE
- 8 hours
- Big red chunks of degraded colour coming out later in production
Aquapurge results:
- 100 kg of PolyClear HMEX
- 1 hour 30 min for this curative action
Now:
- 60 kg PolyClear HMEX
- 1 hour fast colour changes and keeping the head clean
