The Process
Empty machine of last Grey PVC
Start to purge with BBU
BBU is successfully removing the previous colour and historical carbon deposits
BBU is purged until comes back white and all the carbon is removed
The next material, HDPE, does not show any contamination
Results
Normal results:
- Pull screw and head to clean it manually
- 24 hours
Aquapurge results:
- 7 kg BBU
- 30 minutes
