Normal results:

  • 6 hours total
  • Purge 100 kg of PC/PP GF
  • Nozzle pull and clean
  • 4 hours moulding (360 kg)
  • 20 years since last screw clean

Aquapurge results:

  • 45 minutes purging
  • 15 kg Poly Clear 100
  • 65 kg BBU (first deep clean)
  • 2 scrap mouldings

One Year On:

  • 15 kg Poly Clear 100
  • BBU once/year
  • 10 minutes change
